11. Using the device for the fi rst time
 When using the device for the first time, the setup wizard will be initially dis-
played.
 Confirm the Setup wizard. Start now? prompt with yes in order to start the set-
up wizard.
 Select the language in which the menus are to be displayed and then press the
OK rotary dial to confirm.
The setup wizard appears (in the previously selected language):
NOTE!
If you select NO, you can specify in the next window whether the setup
wizard should start the next time you switch on the device.

11.1. Setting the time and date

Specify whether the time should be set automatically via FM reception (Update
from FM), DAB reception (Update from dab) or automatically via the network
(Update from Network).
Set 12 hour or 24 hour mode for displaying the time.
Then set the automatic setting for summer/winter time to ON or OFF.
NOTE!
If you have selected the option Update from Network, you can set your
time zone in the next prompt window.
 If you have selected the last option (No update), set the time manually as fol-
lows:
 The digits indicating the date will flash. Use the OK rotary
dial to set the day and then press the rotary dial to confirm.
 The digits indicating the month will flash. Use the OK ro-
tary dial to set the month and then press the rotary dial to
confirm.
The digits indicating the year will flash. Use the OK rotary dial to set the year
and then press the rotary dial to confirm.
 The digits indicating the hours will flash. Use the OK rotary dial to set the hour
and then press the rotary dial to confirm.
 The digits indicating the minutes will flash. Use the OK rotary dial to set the
minutes and then press the rotary dial to confirm.
