Easy Pairing
1.Pairing One Channel
This function operation realize analog radios that are with compatible frequency band but different frequency, single channel to talk
directly, without using the computer.
With the antenna, the interval is 0.5m-1.5m and the pairing time is about 15s. (Only pair transmit and receive frequencies, not pair
CTCSS/DCS)
1.Receiver: In shutdown status, long press the PTT key and turn on the radio simultaneously. After waiting for 3s, the radio sends three
beep sounds, the indicator lights up red and green alternatively, and the radio broadcasts the current channel. Release the PTT key to
start.
2.Transmitter: Turn on the radio and adjust to the target channel, press the PTT key to transmit near the receiver and enter the pairing
one channel mode. When the receiver indicator turns red into green and hears a beep sound, paring successfully and save. After
finishing, the communication is achieved. If only one channel, this one can communicate directly. If pairs with other channels, the radio
switches to the next channel and repeats the operations until the needed channels pair successfully.
2.Paring All Channels
This function operation realize various RT86S radios that is with different settings , all channels can communicate directly without using
the computer.
1.Long press the PF2 key of the receiver and turn on the radio simultaneously. The indicator flashes green and three beep sounds are
heard, and the radio enters the receiving mode.
2. Long press the PF1 key of the transmitter and turn on the radio simultaneously. The indicator flashes red and three beep sounds are
heard, and the radio enters the transmitting mode.
3. Press the PTT key of the transmitter. The indicator flashes red, the radio is transmitting data. Turn on the radio again to exit the mode.
4. The indicator of the receiver flashes green, the radio is receiving the data. After finishing receiving it, the radio will restart.
Cancel CTCSS/DCS
In the shutdown status, long press the [MENU] key and turn on the radio. When hearing a beep sound, the CTCSS/DCS is turned off (All
channels CTCSS/DCS turn OFF). Repeat the operation and hear two beep sounds, CTCSS/DCS is turned on (all channels CTCSS/DCS).
Switch to RT86 Frequencies
In the shutdown status, press the [PF1] + [PTT] key and turn on the radio. When hearing three beep sounds, channels switch to 1-16
channels of the RT86 radio, then you can talk with your previously owned RT86 directly. If you want to switch to the RT86S again, just
click reset in the menu to initialize the radio is ok.
How to cancel the password after setting the programming password?
Input the password when programming, don't need to input the new password but check √ in the box. Click write, the programming
password will be deleted after finishing writing.
