Tip
Stopping
the Motor
There are two ways to stop the motor.
1) use a Rag.
Use a rag to cover the exhaust
tip. This will
stop the motor. Be careful!
The exahust is
extremely
hot so be sure to use a thick rag.

Fuel Mixture Tuning Tip!
Following the tuning steps above, tune the engine until it's maximum performance is reached. While a lean
motor will have higher performance, it can lead to premature engine wear or faliure. Use the following
information to tune your engine to your driving coinditions. Remember a slightly rich setting is a safer setting.

Mixture
A Slighly r ichfuelmixture delivers a coolere
running temperature and more lubrication
but with slightly less power and longer
engine life.
Turn on the transmitter
the ground, use the radio to slowly increase the throttle until it reaches full speed, then release. This will help clean the
excess oil out of the engine. Because of the rich break-in settings, the motor needs to periodcally be "cleaned out" to
prevent it from stalling.
Place the vehicle on the ground. The vehicle should not move when idling. If it does, adjust the trim setting on the
transmitter
so the vehicle does not move. Drive the vehicle in a 20 foot (6m) oval applying throttle (below 1/2 throttle),
coast for a short period of time to allow the engine to cool, then accelerate again. Continue

2) Pinch the Fuel Line.
In extreme cases or emergencies
