in many areas of installation such as, plumbing and electricity, gas. It
can be used in construction, quality control of roads, runways, road
tunnels, bridges and railways. Small dimensions, high performance,
dust-free drilling, stable operation. The machine has an automatic
clutch, overload protection, easy to transport, safe and reliable. The
variable speed diamond drill offers stepless speed change. It can work
with core drills of different sizes and drill holes in hard or soft ceramic
materials. Adjustable speed, overload protection, stepless speed
change function and continuous run button.

OPERATION OF THE DRILL RIG
Warnings
• Read the instructions carefully before starting work. The machine
should only be used by trained persons.
• Please check the supply voltage before starting the drill, the
voltage should not exceed ± 5% of the rated voltage. Higher
voltages may cause damage such as motor burnout and current
leakage.
• Use a helmet, insulating gloves and a work suit. Do not wear
excessively loose clothing or jewellery, keep long hair away from
the unit to prevent it from being screwed in.
• The drill is designed for wet operation, do not use drill bits with
larger diameters than recommended to avoid overloading the
motor.
• Take care that water does not get into the motor, do not block the
vents to avoid overloading and burning the motor.
PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR OPERATION
• Check the work area before starting work, eliminate hazards such
as high voltage lines, gas, water and telecommunication
installations.
• Pay attention to the stability of the machine by eliminating a layer
of rubble, sand or dust if the machine is to drill holes in the floor.
When drilling in columns or load-bearing walls, check that these
are structural elements of the building.
• Do not work with the power tool in explosive environments where
there are flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools produce
sparks that can ignite dust or liquid vapours.
• Ensure that the hole saw starts with no load, starting with a load
on the hole saw is forbidden or may damage the machine or injure
the operator. Secure the machine well when working at an
elevation or height.
• Use a high current-carrying capacity three-wire cable and ensure
that the cable is connected to earth. An earth-current circuit
breaker is necessary.
• Mount the unit in the tripod by sliding it into the bracket and
tightening the fixing screw. Make sure the screw is tightened
securely before each start-up.

• The diamond drill crown should be screwed onto the spindle
thread after first locking the spindle with a spanner. Make sure
that the thread of the core drill is correctly selected and correctly
installed on the spindle before starting work.
WORKING WITH THE MACHINE
• The tripod is fixed to the ground using an M12 steel anchor (strut
driven sleeve). Drill a hole in the ground where the machine is to
be used, screw the tripod with an M12 bolt to the previously
embedded anchor. Ensure that the tripod is securely fastened,
mount the diamond drill on it and level the tripod with the four
adjustment screws and ensure that they prevent the drill from
swinging (eliminate play).
• Fixing on the height adjustment mechanism guide: determine the
drilling location, adjust the height of the height adjustment
mechanism, adjust the mounting screws so that the substructure
of the drill bit is in full contact with the ground and make sure that
the hole saw will drill vertically into the surface, without rocking.
• Attach the hole saw to the drill, connect the power and water,
adjust the controls properly, switch on the machine when the drill
is not loaded, check the hole saw and the no-load sound, if
everything is OK, open the water valve, the machine can start
drilling when the water comes out of the drill.
• Slow down the speed at the beginning of the work, when the drill
enters the surface to be cut, change to normal speed. Slow down
when the drill reaches the reinforcement.
• There are mechanical and electronic safety features on the drill.
The safety device will trip during drilling if the motor is running
and the hole saw is not moving. This means that the drill needs
sharpening or changing the feed speed, if it is too fast, pull the
drill out and restart. If the motor stops while drilling, stop the
machine and reduce the feed speed.
• After a while, abrasion of the cutting inserts can cause the hole
saw to slip. Replace the holesaw with a new one or sharpen it
(make sure the cutting teeth are the same height), preferably by
a trained person. In order to properly install or remove the
holesaw, the spindle must be locked.
MAINTENANCE OF THE HOLE SAW
Warning: Before carrying out any maintenance or repair work,
always disconnect the drill from the electricity supply by pulling
the mains plug.
Clean the machine with a dry or damp cleaning cloth and not with a jet
of water, make sure that water does not get into the motor or inside the
machine. Keep the vents clean, don't forget to clean and lubricate the
drill plug threads. Check and tighten all screws before each start-up.
The tool must only be repaired by qualified personnel and only with
original spare parts. Otherwise it may cause injury to the operator or
damage to the machine.
CHANGING THE CARBON BRUSHES
After approximately 300 hours of use of the machine, check the carbon
brushes for wear and replace them with new ones if necessary. Like
any other work on the engine, this must be done by qualified and
authorised personnel.
