Understand the display and change settings

The boiler temperature

Only change the temperature if you are personally dissatisfiedwith the
result in the cup.
Many roasts need different brewing temperatures.

The temperature of the boiler can be adjusted. The following
can be selected:
Boiler temperature
Steam80 - 135 oc
Water 80 - 105tc
The preset value is 125 0 C for steam & 95 0 C for water. The
current boiler temperature is displayed during operation.
The right temperature for the coffee is an important
for the quality of the taste and the crema:
Water:
Steam
Espresso
Milkfoam for Cappuccino
Your Bellezza Francescacoffee machine has a highly accurate PID
temperature control so that you always achievethe
temperature.
Usethe following rule of thumb asa guide:
If the espressoistoo cold for you - the temperature is high (feel your
way up slowly in I degree increments).
If the crema of the espressois too light, the temperature
(attention unlessyou use light roasts! Then ask your roaster for
information)

The ECO mode
The machine switches off automatically if there is no
operation during the set time interval. The following settings
can be selected:
Switch-off time
28 Minutes
60 Minutes
90 Minutes
180 Minutes
ECO-Modeoff
The default value is ECI.
If the machine is in ECO mode, ECOis shown on the LCD display.
Switch the machine on again
automatically:
Pressthe SETbutton on the LCDdisplay or switch the
machineoff and on again using the on / off switch.
