Troubleshooting

If you have problems with the camera, refer to this section .
1. The camera does not turn on after inserting the
battery
– The battery power is insufficient . Replace the battery with a
new one or charge the battery .
– The battery is inserted upside down . Check if the battery is
inserted correctly .
2. The battery is not charging
– The charging indicator light is not lit and the charger is not
plugged in properly .
Check that the cable is plugged in correctly .
– The ambient temperature is lower than 10 °C, which may
result in slow charging or charging failure .
