3. The camera crashes
– Pressing each button on the camera quickly may cause the
camera to freeze . If it crashes, remove the battery and restart
the camera .
Tip: When the camera is recording or taking pictures, do not
press the camera buttons in quick succession . Under normal
circumstances, the camera displays a waiting icon .
4. The memory card cannot be recognised
– Check that the memory card meets the requirements of an
SD card (class 10) .
The maximum memory capacity is 64 GB .
– Check if the memory card is inserted upside down .
– When using the memory card in the camera for the first time,
it is recommended to format it first .
