1. SAFETY
• WARNING! DO NOT use the tool if damaged, has missing parts or is thought to be faulty.
• WARNING! Disconnect from air supply when changing accessories or servicing.
• WARNING! Always wear approved eye, face and hand protection when operating the tyre buffer.
• WARNING! We recommend you wear suitable respiratory protection. Always wear an HSE approved
dust mask (FFP1, FFP2, FFP3).
• WARNING! Always wear approved hand & ear protection. Ensure the gloves are not loose fitting or
frayed on the fingers.
• WARNING! Store idle air tools out of reach of children and DO NOT allow persons unfamiliar with
the tool or the instructions to operate the tool.
• WARNING! Grinding stones are abrasive, even when changing wear gloves to avoid
cutting/scratching yourself.
• Dress appropriately. DO NOT wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts.
• Use the tool in accordance with these instructions considering working conditions and the work to be
performed.
• WARNING! Always keep a tight grip on the tool, using additional hand grips if they are available.
Failure to do so may end up with injuries to hands and wrist.
• Ensure the grinding stones are not damaged in anyway, such as cracks, deformations or splinters.
DAMAGED STONES/ATTACHMENTS MUST NOT BE USED.
• DO NOT point the tool towards anyone.
• DO NOT force the tool.
• WARNING! Check correct air pressure is maintained and not exceeded.
WARNING! DO NOT use the tool on anything containing asbestos.

each use and ensure that all connections are secure.
