Symptom
The vacuum cleaning
robot frequently
collides with the
autoemptier.
The auto-emptier
does not empty
the dustbin
automatically.
The suction power of
the auto-emptier is
week.
The vacuum cleaning
robot is not charged.
Checklist
• Check whether the autoemptier
• Check whether there is a foreign
substance on the fi lter.
• Check whether there is a foreign
substance inside the dustbin.
• The bottom of the autoemptier is
clogged.
• Check whether the dustbin
cyclone cap exists.
• Check whether the auto empty
lamp of the auto-emptier is turned
on.
• Check whether the dustbin is
separated from the autoemptier.
• Check whether the fi lter is
separated from the autoemptier
dustbin.
• Check whether the Power
Brush wrapped in any foreign
substances.
• Check whether the Full lamp is
turned on.
• Check whether the air inlet is
clogged by a foreign substance.
• Check whether dust has collected
on the fi lter.
• Check whether dust or hairs have
collected on the cyclone.
• Check whether there is a foreign
substance on the charging
terminals.
• Check whether the autoemptier is
turned on.
Measure to Take
• Turn on the power switch on the
left side of the autoemptier.
• Plug the power plug into the outlet.
• Clean the fi lter.
• Remove the foreign substance
from the inside of the dustbin.
• Open the bottom of the auto-
emptier using a coin and then
remove the dust clogging it.
• Close the dustbin cyclone cap.
• Press the Auto Empty On/Off
Select button on the auto-emptier.
• Turn off the auto-emptier and then
insert the dustbin fully until it is
mounted completely.
• Turn off the auto-emptier and then
mount the fi lter onto the dustbin.
• Remove any foreign substances
such as long hairs or strings
wrapped around the power brush.
• Empty the dustbin.
• Clean the air inlet of bottom.
• Remove the foreign substance
from the air inlet.
• Clean the fi lter.
• Open the cyclone cap and then
remove any dust and hair.
• Remove the foreign substance
from the charging terminals.
Turn on the power switch of the
auto-emptier.
