Location. Do not useor storethe instrumentin placesthat are dusty,damp, too hot
or cold, in direct sunlight, subject to vibration.
Power. Connect the instrument to an outlet with suitable voltage. (The voltage is
indicated on a sticker on the rear part of the instrument). Do not connectthe instru-
ment to an outlet where other large machines,or large householdelectrical appli-
ancesare connected.Do not connecttoo much apparatusto the sameoutlet.
Volume.Begin playing at a low volume,increasegraduallyuntil you get to the
required level. Do not keepthe volume too high.
Interference,Keep the instrumentaway from fluorescent l ighting and any other
sources of static. Do not use the instrument near a radio, television or similar appa-
ratus,so asto avoid interferencefrom the instrument's microprocessor. I f the instru-
ment does not seemto be working properly, turn it off for a few secondsand then
turn it back on again.
Handle with care. Do not apply any force to the buttonsor pedals.Do not drop the
instrument.
Cleaning and maintenance. Periodically tighten up the screwsof the baseand the
music stand.Clean the surfaceswith a soft dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths,
organic solvents or inflammable liquids.
Foreignbodies.Do not place vases,glassesor other kind of containerson the
instrument.Infiltration of liquid can causefire andelectric shocks,andmay damage
the instrumentbeyondrepair. Do not drop metal objectsinto the instrument,such as
pins or coins.
Warning: If one of the above should accidentally happen,turn off the instrument
immediately, disconnectthe power cable from the outlet, andcontact your dealeror
