Care and maintenance
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
The appliance and its accessible parts
become hot during use. Touching can
cause burns.
Allow the oven to cool completely be-
n
fore cleaning.
Never pour water directly onto the hot
n
oven. The steam produced can cause
scalding and damage to the enamel.
Allow hot water from the oven to cool
n
before pouring it out.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Improper cleaning may lead to damage.
Do not use sharp, abrasive cleaning or
n
scouring agents, steel sponges, metal
scrapers, oven sprays, steam or high-
pressure cleaners for cleaning! They
can damage the surface and destroy
the glass.
High-pressure cleaners can cause a
n
short circuit.
Cleaning the housing surface
– After cooling, clean the surfaces thor-
oughly with warm soapy water or all-pur-
pose cleaner.
– For stainless steel surfaces, you can
also use special care products for stain-
less steel surfaces.
Cleaning the cooking
compartment
– To clean, only turn on the oven light.
– If possible, clean the cooking compart-
ment and the baking tray guides after
each use with warm soapy water.
– Clean the door seal in the same way,
but be very careful as it is only attached
in certain places, and is otherwise loose.
