Dials/Heating methods
The oven is equipped with the following functions (heating methods):
Symbol
Function
Top and bottom heat: Depending on the
insertion height, the heat comes more
strongly from below or from above. Bak-
ing and roasting is only possible on one
shelf level.
Convection air: The heat is evenly distrib-
uted by the circulating air. This is well
suited for baking, even on several sheets
at the same time.
Top and bottom heat with circulating air:
Well suited for baking on several sheets
simultaneously. The heat is generated by
the top and bottom heaters and is evenly
distributed by the fan.
Grill
Intensive grill: The higher temperature in
the upper part of the oven leads to a
stronger browning, suitable for medium
and large portions.
Intensive grill with circulating air: Well
suited for cooking food that needs to be
browned quickly, such as steaks, ham-
burgers, and some types of vegetables.
Pizza mode with bottom heat: Well suited
for cooking goods such as pizza.
Bottom heat
Power Saving Mode: The heat in the
oven increases more slowly. This type of
heating is suitable for large pieces of food
and is energy-saving.
Defrosting: Circulating air without heat.
This reduces the thawing time.
Fermentation: For preparing yeast dough 0–9 hr.
