4.3 Lamination
m Place the document to be laminated in the appropriate pouch (see
figure).
m Insert the film pouch into the front opening of the device (1). Make
sure that the sealed end is inserted first.
NOTE
» Film pouches of all sizes should be inserted at the centre of
the front opening so that they pass through the sensor.
@ The document is returned at the rear (7).
€ If an item has not been fully laminated, repeat the first steps.
@ Press the roller release button (6) on the back of the device to
run the item through again (if it was pulled in at an angle, etc.).
CAUTION!
> Laminated items coming out of the device may be too hot to
touch.
NOTE
> The laminated sheet is hot and can be bent easily. Place the
item on a flat surface and leave to cool so that it does not
curl at the edges.
4.4 Switching off the device
@ Move the On/Off switch (4) on the right-hand side of the device
to position 0. The power lamp (3) and ready lamp (2) will go out.
