5.1 • Step 2: assembly of suspension brackets
1 • Disassemble the locking plate
2 • Position the suspension brackets on the wall section. Use the adjusting screw
the suspension brackets in the longitudinal direction (Allen key 2.5) (DETAIL A).
3 • Drill the positioning holes to fit the anchoring M10
4 • Remove the suspension brackets and adjust the drill holes for the anchoring M10 depending on the surface below.
This is determined by the installer.
5 • Fit the suspension brackets. CAUTION! If with middle beam, the two middle suspension brackets are assembled with the bolt heads facing
each other. With chemical anchoring the suspension brackets are used for the positioning of the threaded ends. After hardening fully fasten
the suspension brackets (ring spanner 17).
6 • S et the angle of the suspension brackets according to the desired angle of gradient. (2x wrenches 13). For this use the positioning lines
every 5° on the bracket. The upper line indicates an angle of gradient of 0°, the bottom line 25°. MODERATELY fasten the bracket at the
correct angle (see Lagune angle of gradient) by tightening the longitudinal bolts
®
afterwards. (see 5.1 step 7). The minimum angle of gradient amounts to 8°.
