When welding by FLUX process, the noise can be higher than 85db (A), so the worker must wear non- flammable earmuffs during welding. Welding produces strong UV rays that can burn uncovered parts of the body.

  • Seite 11 FLUX-135 WELDING WIRE INSTALATION - Open the door on the side of the device, move the star knob towards you and lift the lid of the clamping system. - Make sure that, depending on the welding wire diameter, the appropriate wire feed roller (e.g. 0.8mm, 1,0mm) is in the wire feed system (the wire feed roller side with the correct mm specification must point towards the wire feed).

  • Seite 28 FLUX-135 ANBRINGEN DES SCHWEISSDRAHTS - Öffnen Sie die Tür an der Seite des Geräts, bewegen Sie den Sterngriff zu sich und heben Sie den Deckel des Spannsystems. - Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich je nach Schweißdrahtdurchmesser die passende Drahtvorschubrolle (z.B. 0,8mm, 1,0mm) im Drahtvorschubsystem befindet (Die Drahtvorschubrollenseite mit der richtigen mm Angabe muss zum Drahtvorschub zeigen).
  • Seite 29 FLUX-135 ANSCHLUSS UND EINSTELUNGEN Fülldrahtschweißen (ohne Gas) Beim Schweißen mit Fülldraht brauchen Sie keine Gasflasche anzuschließen. Schließen Sie den FLUX- Brenner an die Büchsen (9) und (8) an, wie auf der Abbildung unten. Verbinden Sie auch das Massekabel mit der Büchse (7).

Fülldraht / FLUX / Gasloser Draht - diese Drähte bestehen aus einem dünnen metallischen Mantel, der mit Pulver gefüllt ist und mit Metallverbindungen geschichtet und dann zu einem Zylinder gewalzt, um den fertigen Draht zu formen. Mit hohen Temperaturen erzeugt der FLUX-Draht eine Atmosphäre mit Schutzgas, wodurch Sie für die Nutzung keine Gasflasche noch Manometer brauchen.
