10. Warranty informa�on
• All products distributed by our company are covered by a warranty, the
terms of which are described in the warranty card available on our website.
Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. Please,
keep in mind that for warranty purposes, the proof of purchase (receipt or
invoice) should be retained. As user-friendly company, we provide only
tested products, in terms of material, quality and func�onality. If you have
any other ques�on regarding service procedures, contact us.
• Warranty does not covers:
- wearable parts: upholstery, �re, armrests, batery
- damages resulted from: self-repairs, changes in product construc�on,
drop, transport, inappropriate usage, noncompliance to the
instruc�on, natural disasters (fire, earth shake, floods)
• Product code is located on wheelchair frame.
