p) Settings
Here you will find detailed descriptions of the individual options in the "CONFIGURATION" menu.
• Press the button (3) and select option "CONFIGURATION" with the rotary knob (6) or the arrow buttons (26).
• Press the rotary knob (6) or the OK button (24) to confirm the selection.
"NETWORK"
Here you can add/remove access points (AP) to/from your network and manage them.
Network Options
Always n: Wi-Fi function remains permanently on (faster access)
Auto off in 30s: Wi-Fi function switches off after 30 seconds when not in use (to save energy)
Wi-Fi channels
Here you can set your country to define the country-specific Wi-Fi radio channels used.
Add/RemoveAP
Add AP (Scan): Manual network setup
Add AP (WPS button): Network setup via the router's WPS function
Add AP (SmartConfig): Network setup with a smartphone and associated app
Remove AP: Removing existing network access
AP: [...]: Display of active network access point with possible change
Signal: ...dBm: Display of signal strength
IP [...]: Display/change the IP setting
DNS [...]: Display/change the DNS setting
Only change the IP and DNS settings if a problem occurs and you know which settings must be changed.
"DATE & TIME"
Here you can make the following settings:
• Select the time zone
• Select time display format
• Select date display format
• Summer and winter time
• Choose between automatic time setting via the network or manual time setting
• Set the time server for automatic time setting
• Automatic time setup via DAB station
• Automatic time setup via FM station
