Pilot fire does not
light or cannot stay
light(make popping
sounds).
Check and make sure the ignitor
Make sure the air in the regulator
hose is purged out thoughly. Turn the
control knob onto "PILOT" position.
For initial start or after any cylinder
change, press control knob(at
"PILOT") for at least 1 minute to
purge air out. Meanwhile press the
ignitor button to light the pilot fire.
Check and remove carbon builtups or
other blockages in pilot fire orifices.
Check if the Pilot fire hose outlet in
the Control Box Assy(K) get loose
during delivery. If yes ,adjust the hose
and tighten the screw to fix it.
