17.4.7. Entering the switching times: Astro times
The precise Astro function requires the geographical location and the current date to be indi-
cated ("Adjustment" menu). The Astro function calculates the switching times according to
the precise sunrise and sunset times for the specific day. These times vary daily.
17.4.8. Entering the switching times: Blocking times
The daily Astro function is executed unless a blocking time is set. Setting a blocking time lim-
its the Astro time, so that the switching time in summer is not too early in the morning or too
late at night.
Example: Astro morning, blocking time 08:00: Even if the sun rises earlier in the summer,
a switching command is NOT EXECUTED BEFORE 08:00.
Astro evening, blocking time 18:00: Even if the sun sets later in the summer,
a switching command is EXECUTED NO LATER THAN 18:00.
Up/On:
The destination is the upper (retracted) end position.
Down/Off:
The destination is the lower (extended) end position.
Pos 1
:
The destination is the first intermediate position.
Pos 2
:
The destination is the second intermediate position.
Day mode:
The shutter is positioned based on the day status of the
receiver profile (see operating instructions of the driver/
receiver).
Night mode: The shutter is positioned based on the night status of
the receiver profile (see operating instructions of the
driver/receiver).
