CAUTION: The jars are hot after preserving. Take care not to burn yourself. Please use appropriate safety wear
to remove the jars.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Keep preserves in a cool, dark and dry place.
Heating fluids; keeping fluids heated; warming mulled wine
This device is ideal for the heating of liquids, punch or mulled wine.
Take care when filling the device. The liquid level must be no higher than 4cm below the top edge, otherwise
there is a risk of overflowing.
Replace the cover then select desired temperature, turning the dial anti-clockwise to set to continuous heat-
ing. Turn the device on - the liquid will now be heated and kept warm in accordance with the thermostat
setting.
An alarm tone will sound when the desired temperature is reached. Stir the liquid regularly in order to distrib-
ute the heat evenly. The alarm switch can now be turned off.
Place a bucket under the tap and press the lever. When the desired amount of liquid is in the cup, simply
release the lever. If you want to draw large amounts of liquid, pull the lever up until it locks into place. Liquid
will run until you release the lever again.
