PROCESS
1.
Place the preserving grill into the appliance.
2.
Place tightly-sealed jars onto the grill.
3.
A maximum of 11 jars with a 0,72 litre or 34×370 litre capacity can
be sterilised/pasteurised.
4.
Fill the appliance with water until the jars are 75 % covered. Make
sure the jars are well sealed so that no water can penetrate.
5.
Replace cover.
6.
Set the desired temperature as indicated by the table. The stated
times refer to the actual cooking time, which begins when the set
temperature is reached.
7.
Heating may take up to 90 minutes. When the set temperature is reached, an alarm tone will sound.
8.
When you hear the beep, switch the timer on. To set the device to continuous, turn the dial
anti-clockwise.
9.
Now the heating phase will begin.
10. Once the beep has sounded, adjust the cooking time according to the table.
CAUTION: The time and temperature is indicative only depends on the amount of water and fetal maturity.
