Clean the appliance regularly. Ensure the water separator pipe and filters are
cleaned regularly.
1.lf the water separator pipe is blocked and no water is flowing-The pump is still
working. Turn off the unit, take out the pipe and clean it, including each hole. Once
cleaned, put the pipe back into its original position.
2. Clean the water tank and the big reservoir with diluted detergent, warm water and a
soft cloth. Use water to rinse the inside, and drain by unplugging the drainage cap
at the bottom to maintain good hygiene.
3. lf ice cubes are stuck in the machine when cleaning, turn on the unit and start the
ice making cycle. Hold the 'ON/OFF' button for longer than 5 seconds to start the
ice harvest cycle-This will melt the ice cubes.
How to drain the water from the internal tank and the big reservoir
To drain the water, plug in the unit but don't start it. Remove the drain port cap at the
back and wait a few minutes for the water to completely drain.
