The battery indicator may not light up under the following conditions, indicating an unsuccessful connection.
You can take the following actions:
• If there is no solar connection or sunlight during installation, the AB3000X may be out of power. Do not
unplug the battery connection cable. Wait for solar input and check the battery indicator again.
• If the AB3000X enters protection mode, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to turn off the
system. Then, press and hold the IoT button for 2 seconds to restart it. Wait approximately 5 minutes and
check the battery indicator again.
• If the issue persists, do not unplug any cables. Please contact the Zendure support team for assistance.
8. Getting Started
8.1 Choose an Appropriate Location
1. Place the AB3000X battery on a level surface, ensuring it is flush against the wall.
2. Choose a shaded location with a optimal temperature range of 15° C to 35° C (59° F
to 95° F) to maintain optimal performance.
3. Position the AB3000X in an area with strong WiFi coverage for seamless app
connectivity.
4. Install the battery in a secure, frost-free location, away from emergency access
areas.
8.2 Connecting Multiple AB3000X Batteries
Carefully align the AB3000X Battery Ports and gently place the battery into position. Vertically stacked
AB3000X batteries do not require a battery cable for connection.

Tips:
• Turn off the storage system before making any connections.
• Do not connect the batteries while charging or discharging.
• Avoid touching the metal pins of the ports with your hands or any objects. If necessary, clean them
gently with a dry cloth.
8.3 Connecting the SolarFlow 2400 AC
Tips:

Ensure the System (SolarFlow 2400 AC) is powered off before connecting or disconnecting any cables
(including solar cable, AC cable to outlet).
• Unplug AC outlets to the home grid, and then disconnect the solar panel cable.
• Power off the SolarFlow 2400 AC: press and hold the power button on the SolarFlow 2400 AC for 6
seconds to turn it off.
