CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before carrying out any
cleaning and maintenance operations.
Do not pull the power cord or the appliance itself to disconnect the plug
from the power supply.
ATTENTION
Cleaning and maintenance operations must be carried out by specialized
personnel authorized by the manufacturer.
ATTENTION
Do not carry out makeshift or precarious repairs, much less use non-
original spare parts.
10.1 CLEANING
Cleaning is a critical aspect for the correct operation of the coffee grinder. A
neglected coffee grinder may have a negative impact on coffee dispensing
and on the accuracy of dosing and grinding. Before cleaning, make sure the
appliance is unplugged.
10.2

CLEANING THE HOPPER

After opening the lid (1), wash the inside of the hopper using a damp cloth and
a mild detergent to remove the oily layer left by the coffee beans. Finally, rinse
and dry thoroughly.
Repeat the process for the plastic lid. Cleaning is recommended at least once
a week. The hopper can be washed in the dishwasher.
