Aqua-Terra Fix Timer

Use:
1. Once the power supply unit is plugged into the socket, the timer will immediately start the 10-hour operating cycle. That is to say, the Aqua-Terra Fix Timer will switch on the
connected device (e.g. an LED lamp) and keep it switched on for 10 hours. After the 10 hours, it will switch the device off for
interrupted.
Example: If the power supply unit is plugged in at 8:00 a.m., the device will remain switched on until 6:00 p.m., at which point it will switch off.
The timer will then switch the device on again at 08:00 a.m. to start the next 24-hour cycle.
2 Press the „SET" button once to restart the 10-hour switch-on cycle.
3. Press and hold the „SET" button to switch off the timer function so that the connected device remains switched on permanently.
If an LED light is connected, it will flash twice to indicate that the timer has been deactivated and the power supply is constantly switched on.
Safety regulations:
The Aqua-Terra Fix Timer may only be operated using a suitable safety extra-low voltage isolating transformer (not included). Only devices with a coaxial power connector and a safety
extra-low voltage of max. 20 V/DC – 1 A may be controlled with this product. Any other use may result in the product being damaged and the warranty expiring.
Never open the product autonomously and never carry out repairs independently. The product is not a children's toy. Therefore, keep it out of the reach of
children. The product may not be exposed to any mechanical pressure. Shock, impacts, or falls, even from a low height, can result in damage. Stop using the
devices if they are damaged. Please ensure when laying the cable that no one can stumble over it. This poses the risk of injury. The aquarium and device should
be positioned next to a wall socket to prevent water from splashing onto the socket or plug. For your safety it's advisable to make a drip loop with the mains cord
to prevent water running along the cord from entering the outlet (see illustration).
If the product is operated in schools, educational institutions or workshops it must be monitored. For damages to property which arise due to improper use,
it is the user, and not the manufacturer, who shall bear responsibility.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Always disconnect the device from the mains during cleaning and maintenance work! Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to clean the product.

Registration:
This does not apply to wear parts. In the event of a warranty claim or repairs, please return the device to the retailer where it was purchased. Improper handling,

Disposal and decommissioning:
In case of the disposal of the device, observe all of the relevant legal guidelines. Information on the disposal of electric and electronic devices in the European community: Within the
European Community, the disposal of electrically operated devices is governed by national regulations, based on the EU-guideline 2012/19/EU for waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE). According to this, the device must not be disposed of with communal or household waste. The device will be accepted at communal collection points and recycling centres free of
charge. The product packaging consists of recyclable materials. Dispose of this in an environmentally manner and recycle this.

Owners of old equipment from private households can drop these off free of charge at the collection points of the public disposal facilities or at
the collection points set up by the manufacturers or distributors in line with ElektroG.
