FAULT
The machine does not switch

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
Main switch disconnected
Water valve closed
Dirty filling hose filter.
Rinse clogged nozzles.
Overflow pipe not correctly
inserted.
ALARM A4:
No water
BT pump not working (optional)
WARNING F1:
The hood is lifted up.
Dirty wash filter.
Clogged wash nozzles.
Blocked washing spray arm.
Insufficient or no detergent.
Insufficient washing conditions.
ALARM H3:
Machine not at the required
temperature.
ALARM A3:
Probe disconnected or interrupted
Clogged rinse nozzles.
Poor water pressure
below 200 kPa.
Insufficient temperature.
Incorrect position of nozzles or
nozzles damaged.
ALARM H1:
Insufficient rinse temperature
ALARM H2:
No BT operation
ALARM A3:
Probe disconnected or interrupted
ALARM A5:
BT boiler does not heat up
SOLUTION
Turn switch on.
Open the valve.
Disconnect the filling hose and clean
the filter (5 fig.6).
Unscrew and wash the nozzles (17 fig.
8) under running water.
Check that the overflow pipe is inserted
correctly (13 fig. 8).
Check for mains water supply;
Switch the machine off and on again.
Check the BT pump operation
Check that the hood is closed properly
and/or Proceed with/check machine
levelling.
Clean the filters (15 fig. 8).
Clean the washing nozzles under
running water (18 fig.8).
Remove and clean the spray arm (16
fig. 8)
Top-up the detergent in the tank and
check its concentration.
Check that the washing phase is carried
out correctly.
Wait for the tank water temperature to
be reached (50°C.)
Contact the Assistance Service.
Unscrew and wash the nozzles (17 fig.
8) under running water.
Wait until the pressure returns or
purchase a pressure pump.
Contact the assistance service.
Check that the nozzles are in the correct
position and replace the damaged ones.
Wait for the boiler to reach the adequate
temperature.
Contact the Assistance Service.
Switch the machine off and on again
Contact the Assistance Service.
Contact the Assistance Service.
Check that the drain pipes are clean
