You can set different alarm times via the „HealthForYou" app.

When you receive push notifications on your smartphone (e.g. SMS or
WhatsApp), you can be notified via the Activity Sensor display. The pre-
requisites for this are that the Activity Sensor is connected to your smart-
phone via Bluetooth
