Problem
The device does not work.
The appliance does not cool
effectively.
The appliance is too loud.
Not enough water is collected.

Cause
No electricity.
The appliance pauses when the water
tank is full. FL" appears on the display.
If the TIMER is switched off, the
appliance cannot be switched on for 3
minutes.
For protection, the appliance pauses
when the internal temperature falls
below 8°C (46.4°F).
The appliance stops when the target
temperature is reached.
Doors and windows are open or there
are other sources of heat that affect
the room temperature.
Warm air enters the room through the
exhaust air hose.
Filters are clogged.
Air inlet or outlet is blocked.
Noises are normal as air conditioning
systems circulate refrigerant in the
appliance to cool the air. If unusual
noises occur, this could be due to an
uneven surface.
Dehumidifiers draw in air and
condense moisture on a cold surface.
If the ambient air is too cold,
effectiveness is reduced.
Error of the pipe temperature sensor.

Solution
Connect the appliance to a working socket
and switch it on.
Empty the water tank or connect the drain
hose as described in the instructions.
Wait three minutes and try to switch on the
appliance.
Wait 5 minutes. The appliance activates the
safety functions and resumes operation as
soon as the temperature has normalised.
Lower the target temperature using the
up/down button to reactivate the appliance.
Close all doors and windows or use seals in
accordance with the instructions. Remove all
heat sources from the room.
Place the appliance near a window or door
and make sure that the exhaust air hose
leads to the outside and that the window is
sealed.
Clean the filters according to the
instructions.
Check for blockages and clean the inlets or
outlets.
Ensure that the appliance is placed on a
level, safe surface.
For best results, use the dehumidification
mode in warm, humid temperatures.
Have a specialist check the pipe temperature
sensor and the associated circuits.
