Installation proposal
Choosing the correct couplings, hose and clamps can be a troublesome digging into details. To save your
time and to ensure correct capacity of the airline installation, from the tapping point to the tool, we offer
you an installation proposal.

Maintenance
Rust protection and internal cleaning
Always keep the tool in a dry, clean place.
Water in the compressed air, dust and wear particles cause rust and sticking of vanes, valves etc.
This can be prevented by flushing with oil (some drops), running the tool for 5–10 seconds and absorbing
the oil in a cloth. Protect the tool this way before longer standstills.
Lubrication
Grease should be applied at regular intervals to ball bearings and gear wheel through the grease screw.
The throttle valve, governor, gears wheels and ball bearings, as well as the space in the gear housing and
motor cover must be greased when the tool disassembled in conjunction with regular overhauls.
Use lubricants of good quality. The air motor oils and greases mentioned in the chart are examples of lu-
bricants which are recommended.
