Product description
EoC 30-29 – Dual master for max. 32 endpoints in 19" housing
EoC 30-49 – 2 × Dual master for max. 2 × 32 endpoints in 19" housing
The Dual Master uses the G.hn standard to build an Ethernet-over-coax
network with the EOC Endpoints (EOC 30-02 and/or EOC 30-03) via the
coaxial cables of the house installation. 32 endpoints can be connected to the
EOC 30-29. 2 × 32 endpoints in two separate RF clusters can be connected
to the EOC 30-49.
The EoC devices use the frequency range of 5...204 MHz. All components in
the distribution structure must passively transmit this frequency range in both
directions.
The device may only be used in a CATV network if the forward path frequency
range of the CATV network starts from 258 MHz or the return path range used
by the EOC devices is limited to 5 ... 65 MHz.
Note: You can call up the detailed operation instructions for download by
entering the article in the search field at www.axing.com. You also find
application notes about the installation and configuration of the EOC devices.
