CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW
DETOMASO WATCH!
Hop in the car, cruise the highway, and keep
life moving. DETOMASO watches embody the
desire to rediscover your freedom.
You are now the owner of a watch that stands
out for its high precision and innovative de-
sign. The idea is based on the Italian lifestyle
and the big idols of classic automobile design
in the 70s. A little retro, and a lot of character.
To ensure that we can guarantee the
functionality of your watch for many years,
please read the following operating instruc-
tions carefully. So your DETOMASO watch is
a continuous reminder that you create your
own path in life – LIVE THE MOMENTUM

MATERIALS
It started as an ambitious idea between a
visionary designer and a world-class watch-
maker, but has quickly transitioned to
a precision timepiece. And these ambitions
are reflected in the selected materials.
DETOMASO uses only the best components
for the VIAGGIO:
Movement: Seiko Automatic NH35a with date
Case material: Anti-allergenic 316L surgical
steel
Glass: Scratch-resistant sapphire glass
Water resistance: 5 ATM/50M/150FT

the day of the week will not change on the
following day.
Push the crown back into the pushed-in

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your watch should accompany you for a long
time. Protect your watch from shocks, mag-
netic fields, strong heat and chemicals, as
well as mechanical abrasion. With a water
resistance of 5 ATM, your watch can with-
stand water splashes, so you do not have to
take it off when you wash your hands.
However, try to avoid too much water
contact, also for the sake of the bracelet.
The crown should always be in the depressed
position when being worn.
In the event of condensation under the glass,
the watch should immediately be sent to the
DETOMASO watchmaker, or taken to a
specialist shop in order to prevent damage
from the moisture.
After 5 to 7 years, automatic watches can
begin to lose their precision. After this period
of time you should plan to get your watch
cleaned and tuned up. We highly suggest
using our watchmaker service
(service@detomasowatches.com).
Alternatively you can visit a local watch
specialty shop at your own risk.

WINDING THE WATCH
If you should not wear your automatic watch
for a longer period of time, you can also wind
it up by hand. The crown remains pushed in.
Approximately 30 full rotations are needed
for a complete winding. Start by turning the
crown clockwise 1 turn. Repeat this until you
feel a slight resistance which alerts you are
nearing completion. Continue turning until
you can no longer rotate the crown.
The VIAGGIO has a power reserve of 40 hours.
That is how long your watch runs when it is
not being worn.
