INTEGRATED AIR BLOWER (FIG 12, 13)
The N62FNSP-E / DA1564K-E has a integrated air
blower that helps clean debris while working. Press the
integrated air blower button. Compressed air will be

ejected out from front of the tool. Released the button to
stop blowing air.
DO NOT DIRECT AIR STREAM AT BODY Risk of injury, do
not direct air stream at persons or animals.
LED WORKLIGHT - DA1564K-E ONLY (FIG 14, 15, 16)
NOTE: The LED worklight and battery is supplied
and fitted as a single component and cannot be
serviced. If the LED or battery needs to be
replaced, a new unit should be fitted.

Please recycle in line with local provisions for
the collection and disposal of electrical and
electronic waste.
This component is excluded from any extended warranty
and will operate for approx. 100,000 tool cycles.
OPERATION
To operate the LED work-light you must first remove an
electricity isolated plastic sheet before using the LED
work-light.
1. Pull up the nose cover to open.
2. Pull out the electricity isolated plastic sheet.
3. Close the nose cover.
4. LED light is on/off by pressing light button on the cover.
REMOVING THE LIGHT (Fig 17, 18, 19)
The LED work-light can be easily removed or if needed.
1. Pull up the nose cover to open
2. Press on the snap-fitting hook to release LED work-light.
3. Take out the LED work-light from the cover.
REPLACING THE LIGHT (N62-LED) (Fig 20, 21, 22)
Insert a new LED work-light.
1. Align housing of the LED work-light into nose cover until
it snaps into position. Make sure the button is placed
through nose cover hole.
2. Pull out the elecricity isolated plastic sheet.
3. Close the nose cover.

JAM CLEARANCE (FIG 23-28)
m Warning! Always disconnect the air before clearing a
jammed fastener.
1. Disconnect the tool from the air supply. (Fig 23)
2. Release the pusher so it is no longer applying force to
the nail sticks. (Fig 24)
3. Open the jam clearing nose door by pulling down and
then up on the latch. (Fig 25)
4. Remove the jammed fastener. In certain circumstances,
pliers may be required to remove the fastener. (Fig 26)
5. Close the jam clearing nose door latch. (Fig 27)
6. Pull nail pusher back behind nail sticks. (Fig 28)
