Place the machine on the tile.
Press each suction cup firmly onto the tile while simultaneously
operating the lever.
Visually inspect and check the vacuum gauge to ensure that all
suction cups have adhered to the tile.
When lifting a new material, keep it 5 cm off the ground for at least
three times the time required for subsequent movement and han-
dling to ensure that the grip holds for a sufficient time.
4.1. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Lift the machine and tile by bending your knees and keeping your back
vertical.
Avoid passing the suspended load over people or areas where a
potential load drop could pose a hazard.
6.0. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Do not leave the machine unattended, and do not allow it to be used
by strangers or unqualified individuals.
When not in use, position the machine to avoid contact between
the edges of the suction cups and sharp objects that could cause
permanent deformation.
Do not expose the machine to atmospheric agents (rain, sun,
humidity, etc.).

7.2. MANUAL UPDATES
The manual reflects the state of the art at the time of the machine's
introduction to the market, of which it is an integral part, and it
complies with all laws, directives, and standards in force at that time.
It cannot be considered inadequate merely because it has been sub-
sequently updated based on new experiences. Any updates, changes,
etc. made to machines marketed later do not obligate the Manufactu-
rer to intervene on previously supplied equipment, nor to consider the
equipment and the related manual deficient or inadequate.
Any manual supplements that the Manufacturer deems appropriate
to send to users must be kept together with the manual, as they will
become an integral part of it.
7.3. COOPERATION WITH THE USER
12
The Manufacturer is available to its customers to provide further in-
English
formation and consider improvement proposals to make this manual
more responsive to the needs for which it was prepared. In case of the
equipment being transferred, the primary user is invited to inform the
Manufacturer of the new user's address so that it will be possible to
reach them with any necessary communications and/or updates.
7.4. MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The machine built by Sigma was evaluated during the design phase,
and a technical file was created that covers all aspects related to
safety.
During the manufacturing phase, all necessary checks are carried
out to ensure the machine perfectly meets the precision and safety
standards specified in the technical file.
8.2. SPARE PARTS TABLES
In the following pages, you will find tables of the various parts that
make up the machine, along with their descriptions.
To avoid possible confusion or misunderstandings when requesting
spare parts, please specify the part code number as listed in the table,
in addition to the machine's identification plate details.
The column indicating quantities shows the total number of identical
parts present on the machine.
Each complex component is listed above the simple components that
make it up.
