Cause
Check the piping system and associated vacuum manu-

and the vacuum producer.
Connect a collection device (plastic sack or container)
Make sure that the collection device is connected tightly.
Get an electrician to change the phase.
Repair or change to new explosion valve.
Fix this.
Clean or replace the filter(s) (see Filter Replacement).
Check for blocks and remove them.
Repair or change to new explosion valve.
