Installation
It is possible to replace the standard container with a widening chassis that makes it possible to collect the dust in a
dumpster instead; see the Accessories chapter.
WARNING
Always consider local regulations when installing the product. The product may be unstable
during installation and may therefore carry the risk of life-threatening damage. Only trained
personnel are allowed to install the product. Always wear protective equipment
The following describes how to assemble the product:
1.
Attach the legs of the filter unit to a solid material.
2.
Fit the bottom cone onto the legs.
Adjust the height of the legs depending on which discharge cone/container is selected.
3.
Mount the inlet module on the bottom cone. Secure it with a gasket and lock ring.
4.
Install the module ring on the inlet module. Secure it with the gasket and the lock ring.
5.
Mount the filter plate on the module ring. Secure it with the gasket and the lock ring.
6.
Fit 4 filters. Affix them with 4 locking ring(s).
7.
Connect the filter grounding.
8.
Mount the filter cleaning unit (the tank) on the filter plate. Then secure it with the star knob.
9.
Mount the outlet module on the filter plate. Secure it with a gasket and lock ring. Pull cable through bulkhead.
Connect compressed air hose.
10. Install cover on outlet module. Secure it with the gasket and the lock ring.
11. Fit the drawbars.
12. Connect equalization cables on the outside of the cyclone.
After fitting the filter cyclone, the following must be done:
1.
Connect inlet and outlet.
2.
Connect the filter cleaning unit to compressed air and control voltage from the control cabinet. For detailed
values, see Technical Data.
3.
Ensure potential equalization.
