Configurable Mode (Serial Control) Method:
1. To start the pump in "burn-in" mode, the presence of an Interlock is required. If
removed, the pump stops and enters "Wait Interlock" status.
2. Send a "1" command on (WIN550) to start burn-in mode.
3. During burn-in mode (WIN000) is deactivated
4. Send a "0" command on (WIN550) to stop burn-in mode.
If the controller is set in Configurable Mode: Analog Control, the "burn-in" mode
NOTE
cannot be activated.
During the Burn-In routine all normal operating controls are active (overpressure,
NOTE
overcurrent, temperature controls, etc.).
Deactivating the Burn-In Mode
1. The "burn-in" mode can always be deactivated by turning off the pump with the
On/Off switch. If the "burn-in" mode is deactivated before completion, the
controller's target frequency remains at the last step completed before
interrupting the process.
2. Unplugging and plugging in the pump will not abort the "burn-in" mode.
With the "burn-in" Mode activated, if there is a power failure, the process will
restart upon power return at approximately the same point in the frequency
ramp as when it was interrupted.
