Instructions for Use
Safety guideline for Dry Scroll Pumps
Personnel responsible for pump operation and maintenance must be properly trained
and must be aware of the accident prevention rules (refer to Qualified Personnel
section). The accident prevention precautions contained in this manual must be
continuously respected during operation and maintenance of the pump to avoid
injury to operators and damage to the pump or other equipment. These precautions
are provided in the form of WARNING and CAUTION notes throughout the entire user
manual.
WARNING
To avoid damage to equipment and to prevent injuries to operating
personnel, the installation instructions as given in this manual should be
strictly followed!
WARNING
The pump must not handle flammable materials.
It is forbidden to install the pump in an explosive environment.
