Description of the IDP-35 and IDP-45 Dry Scroll Pumps
The Agilent IDP-35 and IDP-45 Dry Scroll pumps are oil-free, hermetic compact,
quiet, vacuum pumps with speed control. The IDP-35 and IDP-45 use an
inverter-driven motor, providing uniform vacuum performance at all
global mains frequencies (50 Hz and 60 Hz) and input voltages
(100-127 VAC and 200-240 VAC).
IDP-35 and IDP-45 pumps use a quick release double-sided scroll design that offers
a quick tip seal replacement procedure with simple commercially available tools
comparable to single-sided scroll pump designs.
