Installation Instructions
12, Mounting the ballast bracket. Loosen the 13mm nut
holding the horn bracket to steering head. Pivot the horn
towards the left side of the bike. Cut off and discard the
cable tie from the right hand side of the steering head.
Notice this hole is used for the mounting bracket. ON USA
models, the upper mountig hole may be covered by a
GVWR sticker.
Slide the ballast bracket in the tight spot between the front
shock absorber and the right hand side of the steering
head, with the tab at the bottom rear. Secure the bracket
using the M5x25 dome headed allen screw in the center
hole, from the inside of the steering head, and a large M5
washer and domed nut (the screw is not very long so
tighten it well). Use the M5x20 allen head screw in the
other hole, with a large M5 washer and domed nut.
13, Fit the ballast into the bracket and secure it with the
provided rubber O-ring stretched between the two hooks.
Plug the wiring loom into the transformer. Make sure to
place the connector in correctly.
Connect the high beam cable (fig. 14) to the original high
beam connector (see fig. 15), which should be white.

Connect the parking light to the original connectors. (Color
order does not matter).
Connect the low beam connector, which should be black,
in the back of the low beam unit.
Inspect the red xenon connector to understand the
engagement. Be careful not to break the fragile plastic
connector,
Now connect the high beam xenon connector to the
xenon. Hold the connector so that the yellow arrow points
at 11 o'clock, push and turn it to 12 o'clock.
