FOOD SAFETY
Wash your hands in hot, soapy water before handling meat, poultry and fresh fish. poultry

MAINTENANCE
Wait until the rotisserie and charcoal have completely cooled before emptying the ash and

cleaning it.
When servicing and cleaning, ensure that the machine is unplugged and all moving parts

have stopped.
After cooking, remove grill and spit to avoid burning residue on these elements. Their

cleaning will be greatly facilitated.
About one to two times a year, clean the rotisserie with mild detergent and water. Rinse with
•
clean water and dry. Be sure not to put water on the motor and its power cable. Do not use
abrasive products.
Check the device and replace worn or damaged parts.
