USE OF THE ELECTRIC SPIT
Remove the spit from the appliance and preheat the barbecue.
•
Evenly put the piece of meat on the spit.
•
Pierce the meat with the forks and tighten with the clamping screws. The meat should not
•
move on the spit. The rotation must be continuous and smooth.
Install the spit on the rotisserie placements provided for this purpose. The end of the pin
•
comprising a metal rod must be placed on the motor side, in the adapted notch. The other
end, pointed, should be placed opposite (side without motor).
Be sure to always put the motor pin in place before the opposite side.
•
Check that the vents of the electrical box are not obstructed by dust or any other type of
•
foreign material in order to avoid the risk of overheating. Overheating of the engine can
cause serious injury and burns, as well as the destruction of the motor itself.
Connect the motor to the mains using an extension cord. Start the engine with its switch.
•
Press the « I » button to start and « O » to stop the electric motor.
•
After cooking, turn off the power before removing the meat from the pins.
•
