PROTANIUM MOTOR FÜR KETTWIESEL
Motor mit Laufrad montieren
Lösen Sie den Schnellspanner und bauen Sie das Laufrad aus.
Setzen Sie das Laufrad mit Motor ein. Beachten Sie, dass die
Bremsscheibenaufnahme auf der linken Seite liegt. Schrauben Sie
das Laufrad fest. Verbinden Sie das Anschlusskabel mit dem
mitgelieferten Motorkabel. Befestigen Sie das Motorkabel mit
Klettband an der Gabel. Achten Sie darauf, das Motorkabel zuerst
in einer Schlaufe nach unten wegzuführen, damit kein Wasser
entlang des Kabels in den Motor fließen kann. Setzen Sie die
Kunststoffkappen auf die Achse.
Power-Assist-System montieren
Bauen Sie die linke Kurbel ab und schrauben Sie das Innenlager
mit einem passenden Innenlagerschlüssel heraus. Setzen Sie den
Sensor des Power-Assist-Systems auf das Innenlager und
schrauben Sie das Innenlager wieder ein. Setzen Sie die
Magnetscheibe zwischen Kurbel und Innenlager. Achten Sie
hierbei auf die durch Pfeile angezeigte Drehrichtung der
Magnetscheibe. Montieren Sie die Kurbel.
Bedienungseinheit montieren
Setzen Sie die Bedienungseinheit wie im Bild oben auf das
Lenkerende und schrauben Sie ihn mit einem Kreuzschrauben-
dreher fest. Verlegen Sie das Kabel am Lenker entlang zum
Hauptrahmen (oder führen Sie das Kabel durch das Lenkerende,
bohren sie im Lenkerwinkel ein Loch (Ø6,5-7mm) und führen sie
das Kabel dort wieder nach außen).
Kabelführung
Befestigen Sie das Steuerungskabel mit Kabelbindern am Lenker
Befestigen
Sie
das
Motor-,
Frontlicht-,
Sensorkabel mit Kabelbindern am Rahmen. Legen sie ggf. eine
Kabelschlaufe in der Nähe des Sitzes, so dass sie eine spätere
Längenverstellung aufnehmen kann. Führen Sie das Rücklichtkabel
am Sitz entlang. Zusammen mit dem Dynamokabel werden nun
alle Kabel am Akkuhalter bis zur Steuerung verlegt. Führen Sie
nun die Elektroinstallation durch. Kürzen Sie ggf. zu lange Kabel.
Befestigen Sie nach der Elektroinstallation die Kabel mit
Kabelbindern am Akkuhalter.

Front wheel mount
Unfasten the quick release device and remove the front wheel.
Place the front wheel with motor. Consider that the brake disc
holder is on the left side. Tighten the front wheel. Connect the
motor with the supplied motor cable. Attach the motor cable
with velcro on the fork. Make sure the motor cable to carry away
in a loop down so that no water can flow along the cable in the
engine. Place the plastic caps on the axle.

Power-Assist-System
Remove the left crank off and unscrew the bottom bracket with a
bottom bracket key. Place the sensor of the power-assist system
at the bottom bracket and screw the bottom bracket again. Place

magnetic disk. Mount the crank.
Engine control mount
Set the control unit as in the image on the handlebar and secure it
firmly with a screwdriver. Run the cable along the handlebars to
the frame (or run the wires through the handlebar, drill a hole in
the handlebar angle (Ø6,5-7mm) and run the cable back out
there).
Cable management
Secure the control cable with cable ties to the handlebars, the
motor cable with velcro on the fork. Attach the engine, front
light, control and sensor cables with cable ties to the frame.
If necessary, insert a wire loop in the vicinity of the seat, so that
they can receive a subsequent length adjustment. Run the tail light
wire to the seat along. Together with the dynamo cable all cables
on the battery holder can be transferred to the controller. Carry
out the electrical installation. Trim if necessary
to long cables.
Attach the cable after the electrical installation with cable ties on
the battery holder.
