Important note
Dear customer,
The wooden slats are a natural product. To ensure the highest level of
quality, we consistently sort out defective pieces such as those with
large cracks and splintering. We comply with the current standards
when doing so.
Minor cracks, breaks and resin pockets are natural features of growth
and unequivocally do not constitute defects as long as they do not
impair installation. Before fastening, please determine which side
should be the visible side and which should be the assembly side.
However, if we have overlooked any defects, please send us an e-mail
with photos to info@scalant.eu. We will then replace these pieces
immediately and, of course, free of charge.
