Aidoo Pro for Air to Water heatpumps units with Modbus communications is a solution for the
remote control and integration of air to water units via Cloud services. This device connects to
the air to water units via Modbus, making it possible to manage their production, control the
temperature and establish different schedules.
The main functions of the Aidoo Pro device are:
Unit control and error detection. The control options depend on the Modbus objects available
to control the unit. Different parameters can be managed, including:

Unit status
•
Water circuit status
•
Domestic hot water (DHW) status
•
Operation mode
•
Working settings
•
Set-point temperature
•
Room temperature reading
Note: for further information about the control options available, refer to the "Control options"
section.
Digital input (configurable from Airtools on Airzone Cloud). The digital input enables the
remote on/off control of the unit depending on the accessory used, which can be configured
as open window detection or as occupancy detection. By default, it will be disabled and
configured as "normally open".
Auto Mode (configurable from Airtools on Airzone Cloud). Auto mode enables the automatic
change of the operation mode.
Set-point temperature. Two set-point temperatures can be set.
Temperature limits (configurable from Airtools on Airzone Cloud). The maximum temperature
can be set in heating mode, and the minimum temperature in cooling mode.
Domestic hot water (DHW) production management. DHW production control enables the
on/off control of production, DHW tank temperature selection and the activation of the high
power function for faster production.
Time schedules. Status, temperature and mode.
Cloud integration.
Integration ports. The device features RS-485 standard integration through Modbus RTU and
BACnet MS/TP.
Integration services. The device features Local API and Cloud API integration, Modbus TCP/IP,
Bacnet IP, voice assistants, drivers and mDNS multicast.
