8.3 Troubleshooting and fault elimination

In case of failure please follow the following steps:
• Inform your certified dealer,
• and if necessary contact the TOPRO customer service.

Troubleshooting and fault elimination have to be only done by certified
professionals.

Cause and solution
1. Power cable connected to electric socket?
2. Does socket have electricity?
Check socket for function with other
product, e.g. vacuum cleaner
3. Check connection of plugs
Depending on the room climate there might be
more or less noise generation from the chair –
especially with leather or microfiber padding.
Leather polish or talcum powder can help to
reduce the noise level.
Please stop using the chair immediately and
contact your certified dealer or the TOPRO
customer service.
9. SWITCHING OFF
To switch off the product the power cable has to be disconnected from the power supply.

9.1 Temporary switch-off

1. Switch of the chair and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
HINT!
After a temporary switch-off the process of initial operation has to be
repeated.

9.2 Storing conditions

Temporary or medium term storing (up to 2 years) within the environmental conditions specified
in the technical data is possible without taking any special measurements.
For longer storing the following measurements have to be taken to ensure long-lasting functionality:
• P rotect the chair from sunlight with a cover to reduce the natural fading of the colours.
• Store the chair in a dry and ventilated place.

9.3 Dismantling / Recycling

Before removal of the chair it hast to be switched off as described in chapter 9.1.
For the transport please note the hints in chapter 5.1!
IMPORTANT
All p arts, consumables and supplies have to be:
• separated and sorted according to their materials,
• disposed in accordance with the respective laws and local regulations.
HINT
The motor and the power supply must be collected separately.
If you have any remaining questions regarding dismantling/recycling
please contact the manufacturer.
