5.2.2 Installation of backrest
I n case the dealer didn't fully set the chair up for you,
proceed as follows:
1. Your chair consists of two pieces: A back- and a
sitting piece which have to be connected (1.).
2. Slide the backrest (2.) on the seat and make sure
the two mounting plates (3.) of the chair slide into
the mounting spots of the backrest.
3. Put some pressure on the backrest to lock the
mounting brackets in (4.).
HINT!
Check screws regularly and
tighten if loose.
WARNING!
Risk of impact and crushing during
the installation of backrest.
5 2 3 Activation of the remote control
The remote control is equipped with a safety pin to
prevent accidents. To use the remote control do as
follows:
1. Insert the safety pin (1.) into the left side of the
remote control (2.). The chair is now activated and
ready to be used.
HINT!
If the chair is not used, please
remove the safety pin to prevent
accidental activation of the motor,
e.g. by children or pets.
6. OPERATION
DANGER!
Risk of fatal injury from electric shock when touching parts of the product
that carry electricity!
Work on the electrical equipment must be carried out only by electricians
or appropriately trained persons. For maintenance or cleaning the chair
has to be disconnected at all time!
The power cord must always be disconnected while working on the
electrical equipment!
WARNING!
Keep children and pets away from electric components!
WARNING!
The covers and enclosures must not be opened, removed or damaged.
To operate the chair safely all actions of setting up the product have to be completed beforehand.
Those actions are:
• The backrest is installed.
• The break of the back wheels is engaged.
• The cable is connected to an electric outlet.
