Using the Oven
Setting the oven function and target temperature
• To set the desired oven function turn the function con-
trol knob (1) clockwise or anti-clockwise to the position
marked with the icon of the desired function
(Function descriptions see following table).
• Then turn the temperature control knob (2) clockwise
to the position of the desired target temperature.
This can be selected in the range from 50°C to 250°C.
Attention!

Risk of damage!
Only turn the temperature control knob clock-
wise or back to max. the off position.
Otherwise the controller may be damaged.
• The heating process starts.
The temperature indicator lamp will be lighting up
as long as the appliance is heating
and goes out when the set temperature is reached.
Note:
If it is necessary to preheat the oven to prepare
your meal, do not put it in the oven until the
temperature control light goes out for the first
time.
During operation, the furnace reheats continuously to
keep the temperature stable.
The temperature control lamp then also lights up.
Manual mode
In manual mode, the cooking time must be monitored
and ended by yourself.
Note:
To ensure that the oven is not accidentally left
on, the automatic switch-off is activated after
5 hours without pressing any key (time display
flashes, oven switches off after another 5 hours).
To reset this and continue using the oven, press
any key.
If you no longer wish to use the oven, switch it off.
• To activate manual mode if necessary, press and hold
the key for more than 3 seconds.

With this feature you can set a period of time after which
an alarm signal will sound.

period / duration:
Use this feature to set a cooking time after which operati-
on stops automatically (max. 10 hours).
• Put your food in the oven and select a suitable oven
function and temperature as described previously.
• Press the key repeatedly until Dur appears on the
display.
• Use the and and
hours for the cooking time and confirm with the
then set the number of minutes in the same way.
• After confirming, the clock and the A and
are shown on the display and operation starts.
• After the set cooking time is up, operation stops auto-
matically, an alarm signal sounds and the A icon starts
flashing.
Turn the oven knobs back to the off position and
press and hold any key for 3 seconds to stop the alarm.
