CAN BE DANGEROUS. PLEASE BE AWARE AND EXERCISE CAUTION.
For your safety we recommend that you replace the shells of your boots (regardless of
brand) after approximately 5 years. Please keep in mind that depending on use, care,
and treatment of your boots, this time span may vary.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NOTE: For any questions regarding or relating to the proper fitting or use of the boots,
please consult an authorized Dynafit dealer.
BUCKLE ADJUSTMENT: The Radical boots are fitted with the Motion Lock System
mechanism. This has been designed to make the changeover from downhill mode to walk
mode even easier and more intuitive.
• LOWER BUCKLES: The two lower buckles offer four and five different adjustment
positions respectively. Simply move the loop onto one of the available teeth until you
find your ideal adjustment. Once the buckles are closed, your foot, and in particular,
your heel, must be held firmly within the boot. The buckles have been designed
to be left open while walking uphill. This is made possible by the use of a special
buckle stay placed on the first tooth of the buckle catch. Once you have completed
adjustment, make sure that the buckles are facing the right way round, with the flat
side facing outwards.
• UPPER BUCKLES: The upper buckles of the cuff provide six adjustment positions.
Simply move the loop to one of the six teeth until you find your ideal adjustment.
Once the buckles are closed, the tension should be sufficient to lock your lower leg
securely in position for the descent. There is also an additional seventh moveable
tooth on the catch. This is for use during uphill mode to keep the cuff secured.
