Cause:
The Caruso R does not have an internet connection to retrieve the cover art.

No connection to the network, even though LAN cable is connected
Cause:
The router must be connected via the LAN socket LAN1. The LAN2 socket is intended exclusively for
connecting other Internet-compatible devices if the LAN1 socket is already connected to the Internet.

The mobile device cannot be connected to the Caruso R via Bluetooth
Cause 1:
The Bluetooth function is disabled in the system menu.

The device does not respond to the trigger word Alexa
Cause 1:
The device has just been switched on, it has not restored the network connection yet

The microphone needed for the Alexa service is switched off.

Switch the microphone on by tapping on
Streamed content (Internet radio, Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz, Podcasts) is played back
with dropouts
