- This appliance is not compatible for use with external power control
timers or separate remote control systems.
- Do not connect the plug to a mains outlet with wet hands.
- To keep your children safe, do not leave any parts of the packaging
readily accessible (e.g. plastic bags, cardboard boxes, polystyrene
inserts, etc.).
- WARNING! Never let children play with plastic film or bags.
Choking/asphyxiation hazard!
- Always turn off the appliance first before unplugging the power
cord from the mains outlet.
- Periodically inspect the power cord for damage.
- The ice cube maker makes ice cubes from water. Do not use the
ice cube maker for freezing food products or other beverages,
otherwise this appliance could be damaged.
- Do not keep or handle gasoline or other flammable substances
near the ice cube maker. Do not use the ice cube maker if there
is a flammable gas leak. Fire hazard!
- Do not move the ice cube maker when it is turned on, otherwise
the refrigerating system might fail.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an
Authorized Service agent. If the power cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its Authorized Service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
- WARNING: Use clean potable water with the ice cube maker only.
- WARNING: Do not cover or obstruct the ventilation openings
in the appliance housing or inside the appliance.
- WARNING: Do not use any mechanical tools or agents not
recommended by the manufacturer to speed up the defrosting
process.
- WARNING: Prevent damage of the refrigerant circuit.
- WARNING: Do not touch the evaporator unit when making ice.
